We’re all about customer
service. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not charge restocking fees for
returns or exchanges. We’re not bragging, but we thought you’d like to know!
We will gladly accept
the return or exchange of new and unused products for a period of 15 days from
the date you receive your extensions. Please note you are responsible for the additional cost
of shipping incurred for the return or exchange.
The law prevents us from accepting returns of worn or tested hair extensions,
due to the personal nature of the product and for hygienic reasons. Please be
sure to confirm you have received the correct product before trying it on, as
we cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that have been worn. Should
you have any questions about your product before wearing it, please contact us
and we will promptly answer your question. Our best suggestion is to take the extensions out of the package, while leaving them tied together. This way you can see and feel them to decide if you need to make any changes.
This color doesn’t match
my hair!
We do our best to
provide you with clear sample pictures, so you know the color of the hair you’ve
selected. If you received a color that does not match your hair, you may
exchange for a new color. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping
costs associated with sending the product back to us and having the new product
shipped to you.
